Hi! I JUST placed an order, when will I be getting it!? 

- First of all - AHH, I'm so excited for you! Thank you! Once I receive your payment and information, pre-made orders will be shipped out once a week on Friday. To ensure proper and prompt delivery, P L E A S E make sure all of your information is correct when you order! 

For custom orders, please allow 2 - 4 weeks to design, complete and ship a piece. 

I got my tracking information but never received my package! What do I do? 

- Once we both establish that your package has been misplaced, delivered to the wrong address, or otherwise stolen, you'll have to file a claim with the shipping company. Sorry, I'm just a one-stop shop and I can't afford to eat the cost of lost or stolen packages, so PLEASE make sure all of your information is correct when ordering. 

All packages returned to me (Dulce Picante) will be repackaged and sent back to the original buyer! 

Do you offer custom pieces? How much would one be? 

- Yes! Because every custom piece varies in size, materials and design, please contact me directly to request a quote. Please note that I'm as only a beginner, I may refuse certain requests if I feel I won't be able to complete a piece.  I'm happy to recommend other artisans instead. 

So... what is Stained Glass? 

- Stained glass is a decorative art form that involves cutting and assembling pieces of colored glass to create a design. I start by cutting individual pieces of glass to fit a design, grinding the pieces down to fit snug, assembling those pieces using copper foil or lead came, and then solder everything together to create a solid piece. 

How do I care for my piece once I receive it? 

- All pieces will come with a instructional care, but a general rule of thumb is to always handle it by the handles or frame, leave it out of direct sunlight or rooms with a lot of moisture, and clean only with light cloths and natural cleaners  (avoid windex, cleaners or tap water as the chemicals and minerals can react with the lead solder).
